Huish's Grammar School

Pictures from the family album Through the kindness of Terry Hunt, we have received copies of pictures from his father's Huish album. Many of the pictures are by Colin White, Huish 1935 - 42, and show the old buildings just prior to demolition. We are very grateful to him for giving permission to reproduce them here. In other cases the original ownership of the photos is uncertain but if the owner can be traced we will be delighted to acknowledge the author, or to withdraw the pictures if desired. Meanwhile, we feel sure that for those who remember that era, no captions are necessary!
The first selection shows aspects of the old buildings. More will be added soon.
